G2 Cluster

G2 Cluster washers are a premium, strong, one piece, low maintenance, enhanced cluster washer.

The G2 cluster washer is available with rubber cups for highline dairies and with fingers for lowline dairies. Adjustable flow controls and built in non return valves are standard features on a G2 cluster washer.  Mounting options include 50mm stainless steel pipe or plate mounted rotary installations with side feed adaptors. Covers are available to protect the cluster washer from environmental contamination.

FC Cluster Washer

FC Cluster Washer - Adjustable flow control valves increase or decrease the water volume coming into the machine. Rubber cups, available in three sizes to suit your choice of liners, maximise the seal between the liner and cluster washer. Non Return valves (optional) are available to speed cluster application after milking. This product can be mounted onto 38mm and 50mm SS pipe, 25mm galvanised pipe or rotary mounting plates with side feed conversion kits.

Stainless Steel Washtubs

Stainless Steel Wash Tubs - features to make life easier - such as Ezydrains that are fast and quick to operate; removeable lids with hinged openings; shaped bottoms so you can suck out the last little bit. They are available in a range of common sizes and are able to be customised if required. Manufactured by Waikato Milking Systems; high quality, built to last.

Waikato Electronic Air Injectors

Waikato Milking Systems - Electronic air injector rank among the better products available, simply because of its capacity to ensure a precise set-up and a repeatable wash process every time. Electronic air injection creates the turbulence necessary for good cleaning.

Large air throughput (up to 4500Lpm), fully adjustable chocks, coupled with adjustable electronic timing make this injector more than capable of producing the finest results. A retrofittable Hushkit can be fitted to the injector, reducing its noise level and satisfying OSH requirements.
