G2 is the name given to a modern, one piece cluster washer design to meet the highest international standards. With three different rubber cup sizes to choose from the G2 Cluster Washer is suitable for any cluster/liner combination. Mounted above the operator in a herringbone or in the tear drop bail on a rotary G2 has unique features that enable quick efficient use including non return valves and variable flow controls.

G2 Cluster Washers are moulded as a one piece product made to fit 50mm stainless steel pipe. There are no screws holding each half together and there are no gaskets apart from that used to seal the inspection window. Four non return valves, one in each nipple allow the cups to be placed in the cluster washer immediately after milking without lowering the vacuum level of the plant, a feature that considerably speeds up the wash process. An easily accessible and adjustable flow control valve provides instant flow adjustment and a high degree of flexibility when setting up a wash system. Models include a low line version and a Cluster Washer cover is optional.
