Waikato XTRA and XTRA delay cup removers utilise 80mm PVC rams. They are a derivative of the successful Waikato TCR and represent the first generation of Waikato electronic cup removers. An electronic transfer valve replaces the traditional vacuum connection on a TCR and an electronic   controller is used to select the programming required for a specific installation. Designed for rotary or herringbone installation XTRA and XTRA delay cup removers offer more features and greater flexibility than previous models.

Installed easily and programmed from one, point Waikato XTRA and XTRA delay electronic cup removers offer selectable pre and post milk functions. XTRA delay has an added feature that allows a cluster to sit momentarily on the under after the vacuum is shut off allowing the cluster vacuum to drop completely down to atmospheric pressure before the cups are removed. The transfer valve is mounted into the top of each ram completely protecting the electronics and keeping them out of harms way. Activation is by way of a paddle switch conveniently located in the bail of a rotary or on the dropper of a herringbone. An multi coloured LED easily seen on the front of the transfer valve identifies the operational state of each unit and is a useful feature when diagnosing a system fault.

Waikato XTRA and XTRA delay electronic cups removers are an affordable solution. They have features that allow quick operator intervention and program parameters that ensure flexibility to tune the system for the herd.
